• The first hire — I built out the design and product team, managing three designers and a Product Manager.

• Designed Pomelo's online payment flow, which increased transaction volume from £700k to £4m daily.

• Led design output across all acquiring products such as invoicing, payment links, QR code payments, tap-to-pay solutions, and point-of-sale solutions.

• Conceptualised new ways for merchants to schedule payments to their suppliers using virtual cards.

• Facilitated and ran regular customer research and usability testing.

• Implemented health and well-being products for users in America, Canada, and the UK.

• Designed Lifework's first online employee assistance program which was successful in driving the company's merger with one of the largest employee well-being companies in Canada.

• Partnered with business analysts, counsellors, and behaviour therapists to contribute to the growth of the LifeWorks well-being product.

• Worked as a product owner and designer within a multidisciplinary squad.

• Launched fitness tracker challenges that synced with wearable technology.

• Worked with luxury hospitality brands to design mobile applications for their guests to discover the city, browse the hotel shop, contact the hotel and get updates on the hotel.

• Worked as a sole product designer with the founder to conceptualise his startup idea.

• Created prototypes to pitch the startup to angel investors. I worked with the in-house and outsourced technology teams to implement the product after securing angel investment.
